A Few questions my organization is tasking me with setting up reporting and planning tools in DevOps for next Sprint.

Here are my setup questions. We have been setup for sometime using agile

  • Why do features and User stories us Story points instead of Hours like Tasks and bugs use

  • Is there a better way to set this up that will not mess up our entire process Currently?

  • We use features for many Stories/Stories for many Tasks/ and bugs get attached to stories accordingly Should this be changed around?

  • BIGGEST QUESTION I showed the organization how we start with 15 items and end up with 40 at the end of a iteration release. We are going to only put about 20 in this next month we are on month sprints currently. I want to be able to project these items and our actualy estimations are okay but I need to show the whole picture therefore what tools/changes would one suggest to make this happen?
