I used some registry tweaks to disable Cortana but there is still a Cortana shortcut in the start menu, which does not exist int eh actual start menu folder it seems its hard coded in Windows to be there. I did read in another answer on this site (Remove Cortana from start menu) someone said they were able to modify a couple of Cortana dll's so they always think they are in Win 10 Enterprise with Cortana disabled and that hides the icon in the start menu, but they never provided any instructions on what changes they made. Does anyone know?
