We develop an outlook add-in and one of my customers installed in from Appsource(Office Store). it is working okay in owa (web outlook). however, it is showing disabled in his desktop outlook client version. My add-in works for composing mode. I also notice one of his COM Addin disabling that and it is disabling other add-in from the office store. Disabling that COM Addin allows my Addin works fine. The customer needs both of the apps. I would like to know is there any way I can enable my Addin without disabling the COM Addin.

I appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.

  • From your description, there are some conflicts between add-ins. You can check the provider to see whether this is by design. It’s more related with add-in itself.
