I put a music CD in Mac and OSX automatically opened iTunes while I was in the middle of typing or clicking in another application and it accepted the user agreement.
Popping up a window while I'm in the middle of something else with the accept button focused is irresponsible!!!
It's like if you were at a Walmart self-checkout (or as I like to call them HPC - homeless person creators) and as you are stepping through the checkout screens and a window randomly pops up asking you to donate all of your money to feed the Walton family.
That's ok to show a pop up with information but because you were filling out a form previously and because it became the actively focused screen and because it interactive buttons it intercepted the touch screen, mouse click or keyboard events and the random pop up took that as signing a contract!!!
That's like if I'm signing a tab at a restaurant and I'm signing the check but as soon as I start to sign my name someone slips a contract under my pen and before I can withdraw my pen they pull it away and proclaim I've accepted some sort of agreement.
That's poor design and I want to revoke that privilege.
I ask about uninstalling iTunes because I've read a few places online that uninstalling software is the same as revoking the EULA. I don't know if that's true.

@1.21gigawatts - You really should remove the Meta commentary. Your original question indicated you could not remove iTunes but you didn’t provide the reason for that. If your not willing to accept the terms of service for ITunes why exactly did you install it?
