I have seen carbonite pads added to give space between the vent and fan, cutting holes, and replacing the the 1920 LCD with a 4k touch screen. Are there any 'extreme' modifications I can do or aftermarket parts meant to replace OEM laptop parts? Is it even feasible to solder on a new CPU?
