I have networks linked via IPsec and it works swimmingly but for one issue. Out time tracking software cannot see clocks across the IPsec even though the clocks are pingable and otherwise happily on the network.

The vendor tells me that the clock must be on the same network for their software to recognize it. So the software on a 192.168.16.25 server will not try to connect to a 192.168.1.105 clock. My main network is 192.168.16.x and the remote is 192.168.1.x with the time clock being 192.168.1.105 in particular.

Is there a way to put the clock on 192.168.16.x or set up a routing to trick software into thinking it's in the 16.x club? I have tried for quite some time and cannot seem to figure it out. I'm using TP-Link routers if that matters.
