I just bought WPBakery Page Builder for my wordpress site. I followed the guide on the WPBakery website, which advises me to upload the js_composer.zip file. I upload that and press install. I see that it uploads 100%, but then the plugins page redirects to the 404 page for my website with a message "Oops! This page could not be found"
I re-read the instructions, and see that they said to unpack the .zip file you download and then upload another .zip found inside the first package. But when I view the unzipped files ... there's no second .zip file.
Other things to consider - my page is currently built with the free version of Elementor and I'm trying to switch. I didn't see any change when I deactivated Elementor though.
Thanks for your help - this is super frustrating!
