I have a question about UI in windows 10. When I try to resize any window (no matter Win32 or UWP) it tears. Also, I tried to resize windows inside OSJS (https://demo.os-js.org/), there is everything smooth. Why can't Windows 10 resize windows same smoothly as the last?

P.S. My laptop specs:

  • Intel® Core™ i3-4010U (with integrated graphics)

  • Nvidia GT 720m
