I have a client that has a SonicWall TZ 100 with firmware that has not been updated in five years. They have various customers connect to them. Only their older clients are able to connect, but not new ones. I’m guessing this is due to the global VPN client. Is it possible that the newer client no longer works with tz100’s? I’m assuming this is the trouble but can’t seem to find much information about it. I am recommending that they replace it with a newer version with updated firmware.
Any suggestions or experience with this?
