Why does my Canon TS5020 leave black ink smears on my paper? It is especially bad when printing custom design on envelopes.

Dirty print heads? Paper is too thick? There are plenty of reasons. Your printer drive may have a function to clean heads, which you should use. Or you should replace the print heads, which may be integrated into the ink cartridges themselves. You should also choose OEM cartridges to make sure the issue is not quality problems with remanufactured accessories.
