I did everything but still when i type php -v in my cmd it says that it is not recognized as an internal or external command.



I added the path and everything.



added the Path



php is in this location



cmd



I tried to restart my pc but it still didn't work.



Also if i navigate to the directory with the executable it still doesn't work.
