Is it possible to get original windows 7 or 10 for my KVM in centos 7 to be used as guest. I am currently running free windows 7 VM provided by Microsoft which has license for about 90 days and it can be re-activated 5 times.
But still if want to buy windows to be installed as guest in my Centos system as guest. Also, do i need to make a note of my VMs hardware since if the MAC of the VM changes for some reason then the microsoft probably block that licence from being used.
I just need a single licence for home volume licence is unnecessary for me.

What research have you done? The Windows 7 license clearly defines your rights to use Windows on a virtual machine. Microsoft doesn’t actually “block” licenses. Your MAC address has never affected the activation status of Windows

I had bought windows keys online twice previously and it worked for a while but later found out that microsoft blocked those twice here is why "answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/…" wondering how do they identify if this was not an original key.My assumption was that probably it is linked to a particular MAC address and it is blocked if it is installed on another computer or VM

They were not blocked. It sounds you purchased gray market licenses, that were volume licenses, which must communicate with a KVM once every 180 days. Legitimate Retail licenses are not blocked and come with transfer rights. Your assumption is incorrect.
