when i subset a satellite image with shape file a rectangular sort of image is obtained after cropping.I want to obtain exact irregular final image after subsetting shape file on it..if anyone can help me on that

boundryfile<-readOGR(dsn="E:FYP guideSUPARCO 2013Jamal Garhi",layer="Jamal Garhi")
B_crop<-crop(x=B,y=boundryfile)

where B is my original SPOT 5 satellite image

when i subset a satellite image with shape file a rectangular sort of image is obtained after cropping.I want to obtain exact irregular final image after subsetting shape file on it..if anyone can help me on that
