I installed anaconda 3 on my Windows 10 and chose the 2nd option in the setup(recommended) which does not set conda in the path environment variable but registers itself as a provider of python for other softwares.
I wanted to know should i set the python path of ananconda in my environment path variable. Or should i leave it that way?
Right now, as expected I can't run python from cmd/powershell but I am surprised without setting up any environment path variable, VS Code was able to identify the python provided by anaconda. Just curious, how is that made possible. Does that mean if I run any other IDE/software, it will be able to get the python provided by anaconda.
