My PC shows some error on boot screen. I can't boot to my Windows OS as normal. Can you say what happened to my PC. How can be fixed?

That's not an error as such. It has booted into what's called as UEFI Shell. It seems somehow the UEFI boot option is enabled but by default your HDD is using MBR Partition scheme. Boot to UEFI Setup (BIOS) (Key could be F2/F12 or Delete etc) and enable Compatibility Support Module (CSM Boot) and try to set the Boot priority again.
