I tried the command: tracert www.google.co.in in command prompt with administrator privileges and after flushing dns. But I am getting destination net unreachable on the same 4th step no matter whichever host I try to trace.
I am trying this on my laptop connected to WiFi to hotspot from my phone's cellular connection. But when I try to trace from my phone with an app Net Analyzer, the trace is completed successfully with the first 4 IP addresses being the same as that of tracert.
Where is the problem?
