When I release the "2" key on my PS/2 keyboard (Lenovo Thinkpad X1) my computer detects the F2 key. I downloaded SharpKeys but I can only re-map one "key down" to another "key down". when I press the "2" key it registers as 2, it's only when I release the key that F2 is detected. Within SharpKeys there's an option to view the scancode of the button that is being pressed and when I press F2 it shows the same scancode as when I release "2".

So basically is there a way I can stop "2" sending the "F2" scancode when it is released or is it a physical problem with the keyboard?
