I have an Acer Aspire E15 running Windows 10. Recently while using Chrome, random characters, specifically the dollar and euro symbol, will appear while typing. Initially I thought I had activated a keyboard shortcut however the symbols will pop up sporadically even if I don't use ALT or CTRL. This seems to only appear while using Chrome.

Any idea what may be causing this? I confirmed my keyboard layout & language settings were correct and they appear to be OK.

Thanks!
