I would like to build a home Lab, where I can get some hands on setting up an Enterprise class architecture, can somebody suggest an idea/architecture to work on?

Basically I would like to get some experience on the following topics

Networking
Fiber Channel/iSCSI
Virtualization
OS : RedHat & Windows Server
I do have acces to some Hardware for this, mid range performance though

Any idea you can share ( min config & architecture)
