How can I downgrade to Perl 5.10?

I've tried perlbrew, but it only goes back to 5.26.4.

My use case is to test whether a change in perl is responsible for some oddities I've observed with Bugzilla 4.X, which is currently running fine on perl 5.10 in a different environment (outside of docker), but is in need of updating.
