Solidworks on a Dell Poweredge T110 II server, is it possible?

The Next CEO of Stack OverflowWhy is all my extra RAM marked as “hardware reserved” in Windows 7?Computer running very slow after new RAM installedHP Pavilion Elite (HPE-400y) gives “Memory Error” beep code when booted with more than one stick of RAMFrequent BSOD and random reboots on self-built computerVirtual Ubuntu vs. Lubuntu: Is the difference in performance because of GPU or CPU(s)?Can only use 9.5GB of 16GB of RAM before programs crashRAM Upgrade: Memory not detectedPurchased DDR3 RAM but it is super small for my tower computerUsing a graphics card on a PCIEX4 slotRAM failure with threadripper build

A Dell Poweredge T110 II tower-type server was given to me recently. It is in near-mint state because it was never really put to use. It has a Xeon-E3-1230 processor (3.1GHz), but only 4GB of DDR3 RAM memory.

My goal is to use this computer as a workstation for Solidworks. I believe (maybe I am wrong) that its processor is good enough for CAD purposes. Is this even possible? What has to be done to transform this computer into a Solidworks workstation? I would like to keep things minimal of course.

I was considering the purchase of an NVidia Quadro P1000 GPU; 16GB of RAM memory; an SSD drive to speed things up.

Will there be any compatibility issues with the Poweredge's motherboard? Is it even possible to install Windows?

Note: I am aware that I will not have Solidworks support with this setup.
