I would like to make a Script for an Interactive Voice Response Menu. When I call my Bank, they have a lot of options and sometimes it is kind of tricky to get to speak with an executive. I call them a lot and I think I waste a lot of time hearing all the options, so I would like to make a script that runs on my computer that automatically press the options needed for speaking with an executive. I think I should use a Software for VoIP, I am not very sure which one use, tough. Also I am not very sure in which language should be recommended to program the script. So I would appreciate any suggestions of how to do a script like that. Thanks
