I searched similar topics but there were no exact recommendations, just common words. Is it possible to boot the same OS which is on internal drive from external too?
Background: I cloned my SSDs from smaller onto bigger one and the latter is successfully bootable after some modifications of Windows 10 BCD.
So both disks have identical OS whilst the former one which was a source of cloning is not bootable while connected via USB 3.0 adapter. Windows boot is stuck at this moment
The disk is finely detected by UEFI and is showed/can be choosed in UEFI boot menu as
Windows Boot Manager (USB3.0 Adata)
Any suggestions? What actions can be performed to fix this?
Laptop model is Dell 7559 if that matters.
