We have English windows on all servers in our environment. Certain registry key setting is set to format like "Thu, 25 Apr 2019" on all servers, but on some servers the language is different. On some Chinese servers it's even in Chinese script. That disallows automation of certain action on servers, because I'm unable to read the date on some servers. How's that possible, that even on English systems the date is in different language? Can that be changed somehow to English on all servers? Preferably by some command line command or powershell cmdlet, so that it can be done remotely.

Example from one particular server: Tue, 13 May 2025 is written as ot, 13 Mai 2025 - which is an unknown language for me. Language version of the system is English, Location of a server is set as United States, Date/time format is set as Czech, but since Czech is a native language for me and I don't recognise the language of the date, it's even more confusing.
