Daxter é um jogo de plataforma desenvolvido pela Ready at Dawn para o PlayStation Portable (PSP). Foi lançado em março de 2006. O jogo leva o nome do personagem Daxter companheiro de Jak na série Jak & Daxter.
Enredo |
Daxter se passa no período entre Jak & Daxter e Jak 2. No começo do 2° jogo Jak é preso e levado pra Krimzon Guard. Daxter então está sozinho em Haven City quando é chamado por Osmo para conter o avanço de pragas que começaram a se reproduzir por todos os cantos da cidade. Pra cumprir a tarefa, Daxter usa um detetizador como arma pra combater essas pragas.
Jogabilidade |
Daxter é bastante parecido com Jak com a diferença que ele é menor e anda mais rápido. Além das tradicionais fases de plataforma e pilotagem, o jogo traz o modo sonho onde o jogador brinca com minigames que são paródias de filmes como The Matrix e Braveheart. Sonhando e vencendo esses desafios Daxter adquire novas habilidades no jogo.
