Dan Jurgens (nascido em 27 de junho de 1959) é um escritor e desenhista de quadrinhos estadunidense. Ele é mais conhecido por criar o super-herói Gladiador Dourado, e por trabalhos mais comuns sobre os títulos da série Superman, como Adventures of Superman e Superman (vol. 2), particularmente durante o enredo de A Morte do Superman. Outras séries que tem sido associadas incluem The Sensational Spider-Man (Vol. 1), Thor (vol. 2), Captain America (vol. 3), Justice League America, Metal Men, Teen Titans (vol. 2), Zero Hora, Tomb Raider: The Series, Aquaman (vol. 3),Superman (vol. 3) e a criação do selo Tangent da DC Comics.
