I have my Chrome set up to open on the New Tab page but whenever I open Chrome it also opens my Gmail on another tab. It also randomly opens it whenever I'm on.

It doesn't do it when it's closed, so that's good but yeah. It's kind of annoying.

I know that I'm signed in and connected to Google with my account. Does it have anything to do with syncing? If so, will turning off the sync stop it from opening my Gmail?
