I'm in a large company that's all Microsoft (Exchange, Office365, MSTeams, Skype, etc.).
I have a lot of licenses and certificates that I need to track expiration dates on. When things are coming due I'd like to send an email to everyone that's part of a distribution group. I began by creating items on my calendar but what if I'm not here in 5 years? Also, what if the people in that distribution list change over time?
I was hoping to solve this using native MS tools rather than purchasing and implementing yet another tool. We started using the Planner plug-in for MSTeams which is ok but it doesn't support a group email distribution lists for its notification.
Any ideas? I would even welcome non-MS solutions if it worked.
