I tried changing the nmon.conf and I changed:
# Default is longperiod_high
#mode="longperiod_high"
mode="longperiod_low"
# Refresh interval in seconds, Nmon will use this value to refresh data each X seconds
# UNUSED IF NOT SET TO custom MODE
custom_interval="240"
# Number of Data refresh occurrences, Nmon will refresh data X times
# UNUSED IF NOT SET TO custom MODE
custom_snapshot="120"
but none of them worked. I even changed the indexing for every 50 minutes, but I have not found any change in the license usage.
