On Google Cloud I have an Auto-Scaling Load-Balancer with an SSL-Proxy, that connects to an Instance Group of Ubuntu VMs with Apache.
I can access the site over https (which makes sense because of the SSL-Proxy) but over http I get an 404 error.

Now, my issue is that I can't find an option to redirect http to https on the Load-Balancer side. I can create another Frontend for the Load-Balancer but I can't select Port 80 (or 8080). I also checked the Advanced Menu of the Load-Balancer in order to create a Global Forwarding Rule, but here I get the message: 'Target: no target proxies exist', which is weird because the SSL-Proxy should be the target...

Does anybody have any advice to redirect all http requests to the https (SSL-Proxy?

Thanks in advance :-)
