I've got a 2 monitor setup, one on the left which is 4K with scaling of 250% and another 1080p monitor on the right with scaling set to 150%. The 4K monitor is checked as the main display

In most applications that do not have a custom border (border's like in google chrome, edge, etc), the default border on the top of the app appears too large relative to the smaller screen. For example, on the 4K monitor, the border would take up about 3% of the screen but if I move the application to the 1080p screen, the border would take about 6% of the screen.

Is there any way to fix it as it just appears that only the borders of the applications do not apply pixel scaling unlike the apps themselves for some reason.
