So we ran the most recent GitHub Enterprise version update(2.6.14) but what's strange is on the web admin interface, it shows that the primary and 1st replica are up and running and 2nd replica is not. However, if I SSH into the 1st replica, it says replication service isn't even started (when I run ghe-repl-status) and the 2nd replica says it's up and running.

Any ideas why it would show a discrepancy and how I can get the 1st replica up and running? Thanks!
