I have a bit of a unique question. I made a PHP web app on my PC using Xampp. I was intending to use it my iPad offline. I could do this if there was an app that created a localhost on my iPad while running in the background. I could then upload my web app to it and run it whereever, whenever without having to connect to an external server. My plan would be to just visit http://localhost/ in a browser on my iPad to use it.
Is there an app that would do this? I'd like it to be free, but if there is an app that would do this, then I'd be ok paying for it. If this is not the type of question that would be asked on Superuser, please tell me the community that this would be best at.
