After reading some of the answers to a variety of questions on this site, I'm getting the feeling that my question will sound uneducated, at least if it's compared to those I consider geniuses on this site. Anyway, I would like to know if there is a way to tell if someone is logged on to their computer? For example, how can I tell if my brother is logged onto his computer when I'm using mine? My OS is Windows 8.1 and his is Windows 10. Thanks

Why not just look at them? There's not many details to go by here, so don't know if you're in the same room or country even
