I have done this in the past with Mac OS when I had static
ip address and was doing self hosting. But that was over 10
years ago.

I have since forgotten how to configure Apache as a web proxy.
I have several Macs that I use and the latest OS's don't
allow multihoming (more that one network interface). I want
the Macs and a new laser printer to be on a local network isolated from internet connected router. So I am planning
on setting up a proxy on either FreeBSD or Linux that will
do multihoming.
On one interface the web connected router will be attached
and on the other interface the local network will be
attached.

Can someone point me to a good tutorial to do this that is
current?

Thank you for time and attention
JK
