I did a big research and followed several steps but couldn't solve my problem.
I installed Microsoft Speech Runtime for x86 and x64.
Then I installed the spanish language TELE (don't know what it is but it was required and then the spanish voice which is Helena. First off, I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 64 bits.
Then modified the registry as said in many tutorials and restarted.
When I change the voice in the settings and open the Narrator or TTS, the only language that appears is the english voice Anna.
It is frustrating that Microsoft made it that hard or maybe impossible to use other language voices in the Narrator, so for now the Narrator is useless.
I wonder if anyone knows the solution for this.
