I'm setting up a home lab, and using Kali Linux, Metaspolitable 2, Security Onion, and Windows 10 VMS on a Mac.
Please suggest the network adapter for each and explain why. I don't want any malware to get into my system, which I'm using with VMware Fusion on a Mac.
What VMs do I want as bridge, host only, NAT? What network should I use for VMware Fusion? Should it be shared with my Mac?
