I have two routers in my network.

My Comcast router is at external IP 24.24.24.24 (not my real IP)
It’s DHCP range is 10.1.10.1 – 10.1.10.199
It is set to Low security so it passes ftp (21), Http (80), https (443), RDP (3389)

It feeds my Netgear Router at 10.1.10.200
The Netgear’s DHCP range is 10.0.0.100 – 10.0.0.199
My IIS is at 10.0.0.100 Computer Name: Big
The Netgear port forwards ports 21, 80, 443 and 3389 to computer Big (10.0.0.100)

My external DNS is correct (verified)
I can ping ftp.myOwnDomain.com and it resolves to 24.24.24.24 and responds.
I can tracert MyOwnDomain.com and it points to 24.24.24.24

RDP works fine to MyOwnDomain.com works fine.
In IIS :

I have set Anonymous Authentication to enabled (verified)
I have pointed it to the correct directories (verified)

Try as I may, I get no response from FTP or HTTP
“Hmmm...can’t reach this page”

I get no response from localhost either.

w3svc is running. (verified)

I must be missing something. Any ideas?
