I want to use my laptop microphone instead of my headphone microphone while my headphones are plugged in. Is there a way to specifically disable my headphone microphone? I tried to do this using the recording menu, but it only shows one device:

Usually these "smart drivers" need to be configured by opening some application specific to them. It will probably be named "Conexant Audio....." I suggest you look for it in the system tray in the bottom-right corner of your screen, the right-click menu of the device listed in your screenshot, and by searching for 'Conexant' in your start menu.
