How can I sort the different rows of my data entries per date, when I have the date entered in three different columns: day, month, year?

When I try to custom sort (first month, then day) for the whole document, it tells me that "This operation requires merged cells to be equally sized".

When I try to only select those columns, obviously rest of the columns don't get sorted. Thank you!

How can I sort the different rows of my data entries per date, when I have the date entered in three different columns: day, month, year?

When I try to custom sort (first month, then day) for the whole document, it tells me that "This operation requires merged cells to be equally sized".

When I try to only select those columns, obviously rest of the columns don't get sorted. Thank you!
