This passed week I had a very strange issue occur. Normally there in no issue with our router (linksys ea6900) however on tuesday it continually crashed.

After around 5pm it stopped crashing (it crashed and needed a reboot 5 time between noon and 5pm) it stopped crashing and has been working perfectly since.

I suspect that something has caused this issue, and I'd like to monitor the network for suspicious activity, however I cannot seem to access the linksys system logs.

How can I capture and record the linksys logs for analysis?

thanks,

Well, try using WallWatcher for this, supports Linksys. Also look for Linksys Firewall Log Viewer.

If you are in a Linux environment, you can use the WAP54G-log.

I've tried both of them. Wallwatch worked well with my old router, but it doesn't work with this new model it seems.
