First of all, sorry for my bad English.
In my college, they have recently blocked network access to phones. The problem is that sometimes they ask us to take our phones and then we have to use our mobile data.
Is there a way to bypass this restriction and connect to the network?

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it's about circumventing network security/policies at an institution.
