I'm struggling to find the exact sizes for pictures that I can put on my webshop. I was wondering if there's a program or method with which you can crop a picture to a set size without the picture changing it's shape?

If you are using Windows, the Paint program can do that. (Remember to check for copyright restrictions on images you want to use as you'll be putting them somewhere that the copyright holders can see, which could lead to hassle and financial ruin for you.)

If this in on a microsoft o/s, I personally use Image Resizer, I haven't downloaded it for ages but it appears to now be at https://www.bricelam.net/ImageResizer/. It's very basic, but functional.
Otherwise, if you're using an editor of some sort, see if you can find a mention of maintaining the "aspect ratio" in the help or internet searching. GIMP has a way of doing it (insert random duckduckgo search here https://www.itproportal.com/2014/07/16/how-to-resize-an-image-in-gimp/ )
Note, when you say exact size, I'm guessing you mean pixels? So make sure you pay attention to that.
